Bugatti Unveils $650M Luxury Tower in Miami: A First in U.S. Branded Residences
September 20, 2026
Bugatti is unveiling its U.S. branded residence venture with Bugatti Residences Miami, a $650 million luxury tower in Brickell developed with Prosper Group and Versluys Group.
The 60‑storey, 183‑unit skyscraper on the Miami River in Brickell is designed by Brandon Haw Architecture with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, marking Bugatti’s first branded residence in the United States.
Interiors draw on Bugatti’s design language, echoing the C‑line curves and nodding to 1930s Bugatti car motifs.
Sales are planned to officially launch in the first half of 2027.
The tower comprises four blocks containing 183 apartments and four penthouses, with double-height spaces between blocks.
Prosper Group and Versluys Group are developing the project, with renderings released to the public today.
Bugatti International managing director Wiebke Ståhl emphasized an exquisite design, seamless service, and a uniquely branded residential experience.
Rhodium, backed by the Monaco Royal Family, will serve as the global residential partner delivering white‑glove, butler‑serviced living.
The project expands Bugatti’s brand from automotive to luxury real estate, following the Dubai tower and aligning with the brand’s high‑performance DNA.
The Miami project aims to capitalize on Brickell’s waterfront location amid a wave of new high‑rise developments, aligning with other luxury brands pursuing branded residences in Miami.
The development sits on a prime coastal parcel in Brickell, leveraging Bugatti’s luxury branding and referencing neighboring Pagani Miami developments.
Architect Brandon Haw Architecture channels Bugatti’s C‑line inspiration for the facade, while interior design is curated by Yabu Pushelberg for bespoke luxury environments.
