Cloverleaf Partners with NVIDIA to Revolutionize AI Infrastructure Across North America
September 4, 2026
Cloverleaf Infrastructure LLCannounces a strategic partnership with NVIDIA to accelerate the development of U.S. AI infrastructure and data centers.
The collaboration will use NVIDIA DSX Platform to integrate site, power, cooling, computing, and facility decisions early in design to optimize infrastructure tradeoffs and efficiency.
Together they aim to advance foundational infrastructure—site selection, power, cooling, and grid considerations—to enable scalable AI factory deployments across North America.
NVIDIA’s involvement will give Cloverleaf customers access to the full AI factory stack, including accelerated computing, high-performance networking, and platform software, speeding deployment and boosting energy efficiency.
Since 2024, Cloverleaf has built a pipeline and delivered multiple gigawatt-scale projects in North America, signaling readiness for large-scale AI infrastructure expansion.
The partnership targets faster deployment of AI capacity while optimizing energy use, water usage, and grid constraints through integrated decision-making across project development with the DSX Platform.
NVIDIA made a minority investment in Cloverleaf to support the build-out of AI factories and meet rising demand for accelerated computing.
Executives note the collaboration strengthens U.S. infrastructure for growth and security (David Berry, Cloverleaf CEO) and accelerates capacity (NVIDIA VP Nico Caprez).
