Topaz’s history and credibility are underscored by recognition such as an Emmy for production technology, highlighting its industry impact.

Adobe has not disclosed the purchase price for the deal.

Post-close, Topaz CEO Eric Yang will lead the team, signaling retention of culture and momentum within a continuing standalone product line.

Topaz is known for optimizing large AI models for on-device use, enabling faster, more responsive tools for creatives and making advanced AI more accessible and cost-effective.
