Epoch, Sarvam AI’s upcoming AI conference, is set for July 30-31, 2026 in Bengaluru and will run in two editions—Builder Edition and Enterprise Edition—focused on frontier AI advances.

The event will feature updates to AI models and potential new product launches, signaling a major showcase of Sarvam’s latest work and a push toward enterprise adoption.

Sarvam reports heavy usage across its platforms, with over 2 million daily interactions, roughly 10 million API requests per day, and about 500,000 hours of audio transcribed each month.

Multilingual voice agents deployed across government and nationwide insurance programs have reached tens of millions of participants, illustrating broad-scale practical deployment.

CEO Pratyush Kumar said Sarvam invested nearly $20 million in compute to build three models, including Sarvam-105B, with costs spread across development rather than a single training run.

The company accessed India’s sovereign AI program to obtain 4,096 Nvidia H100 GPUs for six months in exchange for equity, reducing compute costs and speeding model development.

Before Epoch, Sarvam teased the event with a video explaining Epoch as a full pass over data in machine learning, signaling upcoming updates to its AI offerings.

Epoch aims to demonstrate how organizations can integrate AI tools into daily workflows, featuring hands-on workshops, technical sessions, and live demonstrations.

Epoch follows a $234 million Series B round at a $1.5 billion valuation led by HCLTech, underscoring Sarvam’s rapid fundraising and strategic investor support.

Sarvam currently operates models like Sarvam-105B and Sarvam-30B, with Vision delivering strong Indian-language document-reading performance and a recent 67% price cut to boost adoption after digitizing over 35 million pages.

In addition to model updates, Epoch is expected to reveal new AI model updates and possibly launch new products, with the Builder Edition highlighting announcements and the Enterprise Edition focusing on enterprise deployment.
