Kyndryl and Amazon Web Services have expanded their collaboration to accelerate agentic AI deployment and modernize critical workloads on AWS at scale.

An IDC study cited in the coverage shows 65% of organizations expect full-scale agentic AI deployment by 2027, underscoring urgency for adaptable and secure AI frameworks.

The expanded partnership builds on a June 2025 joint effort to deploy agentic AI for mainframe modernization and aims to meet broader enterprise AI needs across regulated industries through cloud modernization.

The collaboration centers on the Kyndryl Agentic AI Framework (KAF), available on AWS Marketplace, which orchestrates with Amazon Bedrock and AWS infrastructure to securely deploy autonomous AI agents, emphasizing Policy-as-Code and Semantic Verification for hybrid environments.

AWS will invest in Kyndryl’s talent, joint solution engineering, and AI expertise, leveraging Kyndryl’s 11,000+ AWS-certified professionals with plans to grow under the new agreement.
