Pacific AI announced that its healthcare-focused AI governance platform, Core, is now available on AWS Marketplace and Microsoft Azure Marketplace, enabling deployment within customers’ own cloud accounts.

Core covers the full lifecycle of clinical AI governance—from policy and risk analysis through pre-release testing to continuous production monitoring—and consolidates governance functions that are typically provided by multiple tools.

Governance records and data stay inside the customer’s cloud tenant, with deployment routed through the customer’s AWS or Azure subscription and data ownership retained by the customer, including keys.

Core is free to use indefinitely for unlimited AI systems, users, vendors, policies, documents, tests, monitors, workflows, and audit trails; customers pay only for AI-enabled governance actions at a rate of $1 per credit.

Pacific AI is CHAI-certified and its policy suite covers over 250 laws, regulations, and standards, aligned with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001:2023, HHS HTI-1, ACA Section 1557, and EU AI Act, with testing benchmarks including MedHELM developed with Stanford CRFM.

The platform emphasizes a private, enterprise-grade setup with role-based access and airgapped deployment options for restricted environments, aiming to replace fragmented governance toolsets.

Core ships with 60+ test suites across 10 clinical and safety categories, including data abstraction, decision support, note generation, patient communication, medical research assistance, and bias testing across 11 sociodemographic dimensions; MedHELM benchmarks assess clinical usefulness and accuracy.

Core is built around three modules: Governor (central registry and risk management), Gatekeeper (pre-release testing and release gating integrated into CI/CD), and Guardian (post-deployment monitoring for drift and safety).

Availability is immediate in both marketplaces; billing flows through the customer’s existing AWS or Azure account with no contracts or seat minimums, and direct installation is available at pacific.ai/install.
