CI&T and Anthropic Partner to Accelerate AI Integration in Financial and Retail Sectors
June 10, 2026
CI&T has joined Anthropic's Claude Partner Network to help deploy Claude across enterprises.
Initial joint work will target sectors with rising AI deployment demand but complex integration, including financial services and retailers/consumer goods, focusing on customer service, software development, internal knowledge management, marketing, operations, and product support.
The collaboration will certify more than 1,000 CI&T AI engineers on Claude and develop industry-specific offerings for financial services, retail, and consumer goods.
CI&T frames the deal as reinforcing its role as an AI deployment partner rather than a model developer, aiming to bridge Claude with existing tech estates and operating models.
The move reflects a broader industry push to move AI projects from experimentation to scalable, governed deployments within large organizations, emphasizing governance, data integration, and workflow alignment.
Cesar Gon, Founder and CEO of CI&T, emphasizes the milestone of combining frontier models with enterprise change expertise to achieve measurable scale and impact.
The partnership expands CI&T’s role in deploying AI tools for large organizations across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Latin America, aligning with its growth in London and a global client base of over 100 enterprises and 8,000 AI builders in 11 countries.
Claude Code usage inside CI&T FLOW supports its Lean AI delivery approach and enterprise AI management, with Claude Code already in use within CI&T FLOW.
Anthropic positions itself as an AI safety company delivering reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI, while its Claude Partner Network connects firms that help enterprises implement Claude at scale.
The expanded work will focus on joint development for these industries, with financial terms not disclosed.
