CI&T has joined Anthropic's Claude Partner Network to help deploy Claude across enterprises.

Initial joint work will target sectors with rising AI deployment demand but complex integration, including financial services and retailers/consumer goods, focusing on customer service, software development, internal knowledge management, marketing, operations, and product support.

The collaboration will certify more than 1,000 CI&T AI engineers on Claude and develop industry-specific offerings for financial services, retail, and consumer goods.

CI&T frames the deal as reinforcing its role as an AI deployment partner rather than a model developer, aiming to bridge Claude with existing tech estates and operating models.

The move reflects a broader industry push to move AI projects from experimentation to scalable, governed deployments within large organizations, emphasizing governance, data integration, and workflow alignment.

Claude Code usage inside CI&T FLOW supports its Lean AI delivery approach and enterprise AI management, with Claude Code already in use within CI&T FLOW.
