ATTOM unveils ResiScore, an AI-powered neighborhood intelligence tool that ranks residential areas by projected housing market performance.

ResiScore delivers nationwide neighborhood rankings across all census tracts within a metro area, with a 24-month forecast, hyperlocal insights beyond traditional county or metro metrics, and risk/opportunity signals based on relative performance.

The score blends decades of residential data, incorporating signals like long-term trends, recent appreciation, price acceleration, forecasted growth, and volatility into a single forward-looking metric.

Use cases span investment targeting, lending and portfolio risk assessment, site selection, and market analysis, complementing ATTOM’s broader AI analytics and AVM tools.

Each residential census tract in a metro is given a 1-to-100 percentile ranking for expected home price appreciation over 24 months, enabling intra-market neighborhood comparisons.

ResiScore is delivered through ATTOM’s data platforms, including bulk licensing and Snowflake, with a white paper offering detailed information.

The product builds on ATTOM’s January 2026 acquisition of ResiShares and targets measuring neighborhood performance at scale within markets.
