The tool is designed to support investment targeting, lending, portfolio risk assessment, site selection, and market analysis, complementing Attom’s existing AI-powered AVMs.

The scoring model integrates signals from decades of data—long-term price trends, recent appreciation, price acceleration, forecasted growth, and volatility—into a single forward-looking score balancing responsiveness and stability.
