Apple Launches Unified 'Apple Business' Platform for Global Device Management & Branding
March 25, 2026
Apple unveils Apple Business, a unified platform that combines device management, branding tools, and customer engagement, merging Apple Business Manager and Apple Business Connect into one product and replacing legacy services.
Apple Business ensures a consistent brand presence across Maps, Wallet, Spotlight Search, and Tap to Pay on iPhone, with tools to update place cards and track customer interactions across Maps, Wallet, Siri, Safari, and Spotlight.
Branded communications and payments extend branding to Mail and iCloud Mail, and Wallet displays company branding for tracked orders; Tap to Pay on iPhone will show business branding on the payment screen when accepting payments.
The service launches globally on April 14, 2026, in more than 200 countries and regions.
Core features include free device management with optional paid add-ons like iCloud storage per user and AppleCare+ for Business; the service itself is free to start.
Advertising through Maps will be limited to the US and Canada at launch, with broader opportunities planned later.
Built-in mobile device management and zero-touch deployment via Blueprints enable rapid pre-configuration of devices and easy onboarding for teams of any size.
A companion Apple Business app will let employees install work apps and access contact information, with required OS versions for compatibility.
Collaboration enhancements include calendar delegation and a company directory to improve internal coordination.
Pricing and availability are designed to lower entry barriers to drive widespread adoption across Apple’s ecosystem.

Managed Apple Accounts keep personal and work data separate for privacy, with integrations to Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID to ease onboarding and enable groups, roles, and App Store app distribution.
